Tire Sizes
I'm looking at a new set of tires, and unfortunately they don't come in the stock size for my '05 G35C.
The closest sizes I can find are:
Front: 245/35/19
Rear: 255/35/19
According to one of those tire calculators, the front results in a 1.3% faster speedo reading, and rear 2.6%.
Will these tires fit ok on the OEM wheels, and not cause any problems with my VDC etc.?

See if 265/35/19 is available. That will fit fine on a stock 8.5" wheel. This will also keep you VDC happy and fill up the wheel well better.
245/35/19 in the front is fine.

The 265 tire size is unavailable.... I'm looking at Goodyear Eagle F1 All Seasons, and the following sizes are available:
235/35ZR19
245/35ZR19
245/45ZR19
255/35ZR19
Will it be possible to get these tires to work front&back on my car?

Wow - Going to an all season tire on our 19" Hi-Po wheels is tough. From what I see, go with an Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.
Put 245/35/19 on the front and 245/40/19 on the back. You could even fit a 255/40/19 on the back. IMO, the OD difference between a 245/35 and a 255/35 front to back is too close. Summer tires have a much greater size selection. Why do you want to use All Seasons anyway?
