Falken Ziex-912 or Falken 452
Falken Ziex-912 or Falken 452
Spring is almost here and I am looking to get some tires to replace my stock tires. I was debating wether to go all season or summer tires, I live in Michigan so the weather here is unpredictable. I am looking at both the Falken Ziex-912 and the Falken 452, from my search it seems the Falken 452s are a very decent summer tire for the money. Has anyone had the Ziex-912? I couldn't find much information on these tires with the search function. Any input or recommendations is appreciated. Thanks.

pretty much the 912 is a "high performance" all season tires.
My brother runs that tire on his SC300, 275/35-18, it was decent, under aggressive driving, it pretty much suck in my opinion.
He switched from Azenis RT615 down to that 360 threadwear commuting tire, talking about disappointment.
But if you do a lot of highway driving with all type of weather condition, it should be a good tire, not to mention you can't beat that price.

452's, I have them awesome grip. rt-615 are only slighty better but your have to push the car really really hard to notice. Ziex have terrible tread life, they are the bottom of the barrel and are bad. Ive had friends that have had them...
