Question need new tires for the g, what do you reccommend?

so, i've searched around on the forums, but had no luck...

where do you guys buy your tiresss?

tirerack.com?

i'm from santa barbara ca, and all the local shops, i assume, are using the stealershipping style to take my money.

I need stock tires for my 03' g35 coupe.
therefore the sizes are 225/45 18 and
245/45/18 right?

looking for a nice set, of a quieter tire.

what's your preference

I just got a pair of the OEM Michelin Pilot Sports for the rear (245/45-18) for $530 shipped from Discount Tire Direct (discounttiredirect.com). This is 5% off regular price, and free shipping.

Depends on your needs. Do you want a summer ultra high performance tire? or an all season high performance tire?

BDG KDW2, none like it for traction AND performance AND reliability AND life (300 treadware) AND quietness. I love mine with a passion, but i upsized as well:

If your budget isnt restricted then i'd get the BFG's suggested previously are good, as well as Michelin PS2's.

check the vendors here on the site or tirerack.com for the michelins. If you want the falkens, i'd check out edgeracing.com or vulcantire.com

If that's the case, then get Michelin PS2 Pilot Sports. Tirerack or Discount Tire Direct. Done.
