can or has anyone changed tire sizes on oem 19's??
can u put 245/40/19 on the front replacing 225/40/19...and put 265 or larger on the rear.. i dont know about clearance but i would like to protect the rim lip better...i see so many 19's on cars with lip rash. 3 of the 4 rims on my wifes are scared.......

yes you can put 245/40/19 on the front rim.... i have 245/40/19 front and rear... no VDC problems at all... now 265 or larger in the rear would not be safe... 255 is the best IMO...

I was told that 285s would have problems. Ill be running 370 hp at the crank so I needed all the tread I can get in the back. They are a bit big in the wheel wells but don't stick out at all
