Wheel / Tire Size please help

2003 SEDAN

I am running
front:

19 x 8 with 34 offset

235 / 35/ 19 tires

rear

19 x 9 with 35 offset

245 / 40 / 19 tires

please let me know if this is okay???

you will be fine, but next time you should go with a 235/40 front tire. you are right at the limit of the 3% change in diameter rule.
