help..ASAP, how wide can i go on stock rears?

seriously, i think a 265 will look so bunk on an 8" width wheel...

Go with a 255/45 rear, 245/40 front. These sizes with falken azenis are perfect. The sidewalls on these tires are the strongest on the market. 255 on my rears is not squirmy at all. You can go with a smaller wall hieght if you would like, but you do have a big wheel well to fill.

I thought 18's were staggered. If you are going to go with anyother tires i would go with a 245 to keep the sidewall from flexing to much.
