tire size fine with drop

tire size fine with drop

I have 225/45/R18 tired size on the front 245/45/R18 on the rear and going to drop my car with the g35 s-techs. will i have to get m fenders rolled or you guys think this will be fine? i read that you will prob only have to with 275-305/30-40/19+ but i only have 225 but idk what the second number is and its out of range haha would i be fine?
