Tires deflating??

Tires deflating??
Wierd situation going on. For the first time since I've own the car, The TPM light turned on. So of course went to check it and the passenger rear tire was low. Added air to reach appropriate tire pressure, then within the next 2.5 weeks. Seems like every 3 or 4 days the TPM would go on and yes the tire is low again. I hear or see no visual holes or any object protruding from the tire. So I filled up air again.
And yesterday The TPM light turns on once again, so I figured somethings wrong with the tire. So I go check it and the tire is holding pressure. Got me confused, so I check the other 3 tires, and see that the rest were all low. Those times I was putting air in the rear tire, I would still check the tire pressure in all the other tires incase and they were good. So I'm stumped, all the tires have around %85-90 tire tread.
What do you guys think?

I live around the Pasadena (626) area, but everywhere I drive the outside temp's have been around ~45-57 degrees lately Mornings and evenings. I can definitely understand the cold temps affecting the tire pressure.
How would I know if the valve stem core could be the culprit? Would air be leaking from there or something? According to the the door panel, correct tire pressure indicates 35psi for all 4 tires. I would seriously see it jump from 35psi to around ~22-25 in just a few days. Till I refill it back with air.

it could be a very slow leak so you may not hear it leaking from the valve core.
they sell these little tools to turn the core at most autoparts stores. if you have a
thin long nose plier you can slide the two tops into the valve stem and turn it gently
clockwise.
the top tip is wat you would use.
