+17F +28R for Volk GT-S, offsets correct or wrong?

Some guy is selling a set with these specs:

Size = 19x9.5 F 19x10.5 R
Offsets = +17 F +28 R
Tires = Toyo Proxes 245/35/19 F 285/35/19 R

I was wondering if he really meant +18R? Is there such a thing as +28R offset for 19x10.5 volk GT-S?

Yes, I think there is +28 rears. You don't want them, though.
