Question about the OEM rays tire sizes

I have the OEM 19 rays and Im looking for good tire deals. Well I found some nice tires locally and was wondering if they will fit. I have a 2004 sedan btw. The tire sizes are 235/35/19 for the front and 245/35/19 for the rear. Will there be any rubbing? I was hoping to find tires with a sidewall of 40 but I cant find anything good right now. What are the disadvantages of having a sidewall of 35 instead of 40?

Thanks!
