NEED HELP! with tire size

I bought a set of 19x10.5 +22 offeset LE37t rears 2 years back. Already, my rear passenger side tire has blown on me twice. The first time, I barely even drove 1,000 miles on them. The second time, I managed to get a little over 3,000 miles. I was running 275/30/19 on the rear. The guys at my tire shop suggested that I got 295s for the rears. However, I don't want to roll my fenders. I droppped my car .5 an inch with the stock 350z track suspension. I considered about going with either the 275/35/19 or 285/35/19 setup. I am leaning more towards the 285s because I don't want to deal with another blown tire in the back. Yet, I am getting mixed feedback from other threads that people are having rubbing issues with the 285. So is a few question for you guys.....

For people with the 285/35/19 setup:
Are you guys having any problems with the tires rubbing?

For people with the 275/35/19 setup:
How long is your tirelife for your tires?

Question for anyone?
Is there a problem with my car, because my tires are ripping from the rear passenger side?

Thanks

if you don't want to roll your fenders, go with 275/35/19.
