Angry Bought 4 new tires, dealer messed up installing them?

Hey all, how is it going? I bought 4 new Conti tires, dealer installed, rims were scratched up so they send them off to a wheel specialist. How can I verify if they installed the tires correctly to the correct sized wheels after the powercoating? This is why: I read on here the 17" rims fronts and rears are different sizes. The tires for front are 225/50/17, rear 235/50/17. Wheel specialist probably took off all 4 new tires and baked the rims.

Could they messed up and install 235/50/17 on the front-sized RIMS, and 225/50/17 to the REAR-sized wheels after this powercoating process? Anyway to verify this w/out popping back to dealer. Thanks.

Physically they shouldn't be able to as the front has a pin/bolt that prevents the rears from being put on the front unless they removed that pin. Also, if you have been observant enough, the rims themselves look a little different. The rears have more of a curve or dish (for lack of a better term) than the fronts do. If you can't discern the difference, you can also put an inspection mirror behind the spokes as they have the size stamped on them. Fronts are 7.5", rears 8"

17" coupe wheels are the same width front and rear, 7.5", so it's not an issue to worry about.

I thought they were different. I haven't looked at them, just got them back. The guy powercoated the front face and the walls of the rims. So the stamped size probably got covered.

Stamped size is on REAR side of spokes. Also, maybe not stamped, but raised.

Correct 7.5"front, 8" rear. The 18s are 8 in front and rear.
