Replacement tires for stock 18's

Hey,

Hoping for a number of recommendations on replacement tires for my G35. Here are the specs:

2008 G35 Journey Sedan
I went with the sport tire/wheel package (Kind of wished I hadn't considering the inability to rotate) so I have the 18's up front and in back (so the different sizes for each). Stock rims from the performance package noted.
14,500 miles and the stock potenza's are basically out on the rear, fronts are on their way.

I live in Socal so I am not really interested in a snow capable tire but don't exactly want to slide around on the 30 or so days of rain that we do experience. Basically... I don't want to pay the $450 or whatever the dealer wanted for a set of tires that is going to go out again in 15k... that and the fact that they can't be rotated at all (not even left to right).

Any suggestions for tires that meet the following criteria:

-Fairly good performance (I can be a spirited driver at times but the G35 is my daily driver too so comfort/quiet + performance is great but I'd weigh the comfort/quiet/mileage rating slightly above performance at this point.

-Secondly, I am half way through my lease (a little more than 1.5 years left) and I'd like to have tires that would be alright to turn in at lease end (I would think that a non OEM size might mean that that car isn't returned in factory condition or w/e)? So good mileage rating as my lease will be up when I am around 32-36k miles (considering my current 14.5k now).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I tried searching but didn't really find a large number of threads like this so apologies in advance if this has been beat over the head before! Seems like our tires are quite expensive everywhere I have looked so instead of searching all over, I'd like to narrow down a tire set or 2 and then shop the prices locally and online and go from there... Anyone been able to do this somewhat inexpensively while still obtaining decent quality tires?
