stretch a 275 to a 11.5?

Anyone think a 275 30 20 yoko sdrive will stretch to fit on a 11.5 ?? im thinking some serious lip might be exposed?

You think right, but your terminology is wrong. It's the top of the barrel that will be exposed.

that is only on the outside, the lower section of the barrel will be more exposed on the inside of the wheel

Yes, what I said applies to both sides of the wheel.
