When you buy wheel spacers...
so i bought a set of 25mm wheel spacers for the rear and a set of 20mm's for the front. i put the ones on the rear and they look great. when i got to the front i realized that the spacers only have the 5 holes for the studs and no 6th hole for the other piece that comes off the hub. i didnt even know that piece was there. so tomorrow im going to the shop to drill the front two and try not to **** it up. they were ebay spacers by the way so i guess i should have expected something like this. just remember that if you buy wheel spacers, dont be an idiot like me, do your research and make sure they will fit. by the way, what is that sixth part the sticks out from the hub? something to do with the brakes maybe?
hate to spoil your fun, but there is no research to be done. spacers do not come with a hole in the back. that bolt can be removed without any complications whatsoever. i don't recommend drilling out the spacers though...
well thats a relief. im surprised i hadnt picked up this bit of knowledge while looking through other posts.
