245/35/20's rubbing in front

Anyone running 245/35/20's in on their G35 Coupe and having rubbing issues? Mine are rubbing when I hit big dips and I'm wondering if anyone cut or removed the plastic from inside the fender. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yep, your tire is an inch taller than stock. Switch to 245/30/20 or 255/30/20

Crap, I was hoping you guys wouldn't say that. I like the way the 35's look because it fills the gap VERY nicely and I was hoping I could get rid of the rubbing by possibly removing or cutting the plastic inside the fender. Are there any consequences to removing the plastic?

245/30/20 or 255/30/20 will solve your problem. Drop your car more to fill up the additional fender gaps.

I didn't pick the tire size, the tire shop recommended this size to me unfortunately. I have no problem lowering the car to fill the gap although it is pretty low already with the kuruma bumper

Any recommendations between the 245/30/20 and 255/30/20?

If you have 285/30 in the rear, get 255/30. If 275/30 rear, then get 245/30.

245/35 isn't the correct size, but people run it anyway for looks. I have 245/35s up front, am lowered on 350z Htechs, have -1.25 degrees of camber (SPC kitted), and don't rub. I've heard of a few people that have rubbing issues with this set up, but not so many that it would scare people away from it.
