Plz help meh I do not understand offsets AT ALL

I have an 04 coupe with Brembos
I did a search but since I don't get this stuff at all. I know there are plenty of threads about offsets but I want to make my own thread to get a specific answer to my question before I buy these rims

Front- 19x8.5
Rear- 19x9.5

Offsets are 35+ (not sure what the + is supposed to mean but there was no detailed info)

Will this look good??

If what you consider to look good is flush, then no.

Can you clarify that for me? With this offset, will the wheels be inside the fenders or stick out?

Inside the fenders, by a lot. At this point I wouldn't even recommend running spacers. Just look for another set of wheels that fit better to begin with.

damn....ok. Thanks for your help so far. Can you recommend offsets for the wheel sizes I mentioned above?

man this sucks. I can't find anything in my price range. If I get these rims and get 20mm spacers will it look ok? I don't mind if they are tucked inside the fenders a little bit. It doesn't have to be perfect. If you can't really notice without getting up close and inspecting it then I don't really mind
