Not sure if this has been covered before, or how many of you may be aware of this, but...

Because of my recent tire dilemma I found out from Discount Tire that if you take your car to them relatively soon after purchase, say within the first 6 months, you can purchase Road Hazard Certificates for your tires! This is for the "Free Replacement" certificates.

I purchased mine this morning, when I had my tire replaced, for $14 each. Pretty much a no brainer. Would be nice if the dealerships would inform people of this little tidbit!

wow thats amazing. i will have to look into that. are there a lot of limitations to that or is it stright foword you loose a tire the buy u a new one?
