Hello,

I have a 2003 g35 coupe. Right now I have 225/45/18 on the front and 245/45/18 on the rear.

I found some 225/55/18 used tires for a good price but I am not sure if these will fit my vehicle. If someone could help me out and let me know I would really appreciate that.

No way. Unless you want your G coupe to look like a two door FX35... I don't think they'd even fit in the wheel well. Sounds to me like you're shopping based on price, not size. You really want to get as close to factory specs as possible. SIZE DOES MATTER!
