i'm looking for a spring set that would lower my car just enough to hide the wheel gap, stiff enough for my occasional track day runs, but reliable enough so that it wont sag in the future. tein s-tech and h-tech are some what out because of the low spring rates. i'm also considering springs made for the 350Z which offer higher spring rates. the debate now is tanabe or RSR - both of which i have no prior experience with.

Your oem spring rate's are wrong, now that's my fault because I posted the data and it latter proved incorrect. I corrected myself, but many saved the data on their computer's. Take a moment to update your files.

Get the RSR springs, they are going to be more performance in nature because the Tanabe's are progressive and the RSR's are almost totally linear.

Here's the correct oem data and data that will show you how the springs differer in stiffness and where they transfer roll stiffness.

Eibach's as noted (first number is the softer initial rate, followed by the higher final rate)

with our cars understeering wouldnt it be best to get springs which transfer roll stiffness to the back wheels? or im i completely incorrect? not too sure, just getting the issue out in the air.
