Wheels & Tires Grabbing the road and stopping.

Is there anyway to fix wheel offset? Just put coupe wheels on my sedan...

You can flip tires right -> left IF the tire tread allows it. ie.. directional but symmetrical. Or Asymmetrical but not directional.

Basically all he can do is run a smaller tire since he doesn't want to do either of the other 2.
True enough, okay, you're off the hook, LOL! He's on the right track now, anyway.

You take the tire from the left side and put it on the wheel on the right side and the tire on the left side and put it on the rim on the right side.

What you are describing is rotating the entire wheels and tires. I'm talking about leaving the rims in place and just swapping the tires side to side.
Dismounting/remounting like this is effectively putting the inside of the tire on the outside of the car on both sides (if ya follow me) so that the more wear-prone area (the inside) can be moved to the outside and even things out.
