Are wheel adapters safe for the car?

I have an 05 Infiniti G35x. I've had a set of staggered BMW ADR wheels for a few months now but have been debating on putting them on. My main issue outside of weather they will fit right is are wheel adjusters safe?

I've read on the different bolt patterns between BMW & Infiniti and know that the conversion adjuster is made and sold for my ride. I also read a thread on here about someone using them but I want to know are adjusters to change the lug pattern safe for the car/parts and are there any known/common issues? In addition would you use adjusters?

I'll post the exact size when I get home but I know the wheels are 20" wheels...

I don't want to put the wheels on if they're going to mess up any other part of the car or if there are common issues with wheel adjusters.

Yeah I repeated myself....

Thanks in advance.

as long as the adapters size and wheel offset combined give you an offset that will work for your car, youll be fine. adapters are no different than those who run spacers. myself included.

Thanks, for the reply. The wheels are 245/35/20(Front) and 255/35/20 (rear). I'll have to figure out the offset combination...
