Wheel experts needed for used wheel find

Hi, I found a set TSW 20" Thruxtons local used. They are 20X8.5 front with 40mm offset and 20X10 rear with 25mm offset. Does anyone see a problem using these on a 03 G35 coupe with Brembos? They were on a 07 G35s sedan. Thanks

Well, I bought the above wheels and they will not fit past the Brembo brakes on the front. What spacers should I use with this set up?
