NOOB question about offset and tire size!?!?!?!?

Ok guys I have been looking everywhere trying to understand this and decide what to use. I have a 2007 G35 Sedan. I know what size wheels I'm getting (20x8.5 F - 20X10 R). I've narrowed down the actual wheels (Lexani LSS 5, Maya RB5). I also know that I want like a 1.5+ inch lip in front and a 3.5+ inch lip in rear. I'll probably be putting the eibach pro kit on it. The problem I'm having is figuring out what size tires to use and what offset to get on the wheels in order to get a flush look with the side of the car and an even look as far as the distance between the tire and fender in the front and rear.

I have been reading up and noticed that in order to get an even look between tire and fender, that you need to use the eibach kit in front and the tanabe kit in the rear, and have 245/35/20 F and 275/30/20 R. The reason of this that I've seen is because the Eibach kit is 1.2 inch drop in F and .8 inch drop in R. Whereas the Tanabe kit is 1 inch all the way around. I was wondering if I just bought the Eibach kit, and used 285/35/20 in the rear, would it take care of that extra little gap and give me an even look or what should I do?

The other thing is in order to achieve the lip size that I want, what offset do I need to get in order to keep a flush look or do the 2 things have nothing to do with each other? I was on myg37 and I noticed that HPAutoworks sells the LSS 5 specifically made for the g37 that is 20X8.5 +28 F with a 2.5" lip and 20X10 +40 R with a 4" lip. Will this setup fit a 2007 g35 sedan with an eibach pro kit? If so will it be even and flush?

End result is that I want an even and flush look WITHOUT having to use spacers and WITHOUT having to get a Toe and Camber kit if I dont have to, while still achieving my goal with lip size. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't know much and Offset and Tire sizes.
