funny how one guy gives his opinion of which wheels to chose and gave a reason (all on topic)...

And it results in 3 pages of off topic banter because ppl get offended by the opinion.

I stated what "I" think... it doesn't mean anyone else has to think that way... I didn't tell anyone they need to be concerned about weight... and I never made statements about how many people are concerned about weight.

I think its absurd that people spend so much time and energy trying to indicate my opinion isn't valid... Like I said before, no one has to justify their reason for purchase of these wheels... but it doesn't mean my reason for choosing "none" isn't valid.

When will people learn - when a thread is made that asks for opinions -don't get butt hurt when you read one that is different from yours.

I didn't see how anyone here is any more/less offended than yourself (considering you felt the need to chime in)

Just find larger pics of OCG35's car. Granted, a lot of what makes his look so good is all the body work, but part of it is that everything matches.

thanks for the comments Ash... there are older pics of my car around that have the "matching" look prior to the body work. Just a fair warning though - many people don't like the mono-chromatic look (but let's face it, we make our cars the way we like 'em).

as usual you didn't read the tread

I was the first to post an opinion which resulted in others apparently being offended by it... and the entire subject as to why is what you ended up responded to 3 pages later.

Keep up with the class if you want to pretend you are on top of whats going on.

BTW, why are you insisting on keeping it off topic?

I did read the whole thread. And no, I didn't see anyone particularly offended, butthurt or otherwise.

IMHO, the only people that you seem to think exhibit these mystery feelings are the ones that just happened to not share you opinion on whatever subject. Curious coincidence.

How is it "off topic" when I'm addressing a line in one of your own replies?

Love the insults though. They are special.

the guy (OP) is asking for opinions... not for people to comment on other peoples opinions.

BTW - have you even posted an opinion (regarding the topic)? Or as usual just wasting time by creating drama?

Just shudup for a change.

Take your own advice.

And no, I haven't put my opinion in. If I don't like any of the selections, I usually don't go out of my way to say I don't like any of them. Serves the same purpose w/o coming off as an ****.

I know, I know foreign concept for you. I understand.

why are you in the thread then? Just to stir up **** as usual?

If someone asks for opinions, I'm sure they are open to all... notice how the OP actual stated he isn't offended... its you and a few other that went OT about things...

How 'bout you post something relevant to the topic or just stfu.

That's just it. No one is offended. But you just said people got offended. It's on subject because you just said people are offended. They are in fact not offended from what I see.

Oh I like option 1. There

If you are concerned about a thread getting OT, then I suggest not commenting or asking questions that are in fact OT. Ie.. why am I in a particular thread.

Almost this entire reply contains nothing to do with the OP's question. Just a note.

right... it was in response to all the off topic responses... just like this post is.

whats your point?

And seriously, even though you have remained off topic with 99% of your posts - not one of them has been beneficial... if you are going to be off topic at least bring something worthwhile.
