my real problem is 3 of my friends have older body bmw 3 series sedans the ones before the ones out now and they all swapped there stock 16inch wheels for bigger bmw wheels m3 wheels i know for sure on 1 and it looks goood without a drop

so why does it look okay on the bmw but on our cars it doesnt look all that great is it just me or what

really dont wanna drop my car and mess with my suspension ride quality i feel like im going back to when i wwas 17 im 23 by the way so yeah WHAT DO YOU GUYS THink ??????

SERIOUSLY i know alot of you are gonna say drop it but i dont want to lol
is it just a mind thing since i was readin through the forum that i would need a drop before i got the wheels

SORRY FOR THE LONG POST!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

hey welcome, and yeah you will probably have to lower it at least a little bit for it to look nice. like everyone is saying do the Z setup, quality ride will still be there and be smooth. good luck! and any pictures?

bmw's tend to have a better stance from factory vs alot of makes. The sport tuned suspension bmw models are a tad lower than bmw with reg suspension.

I see no pic?

Yeah, and I have the G/Z combo it's not hard to get ahold of. I got Z springs for $50 and Coupe springs for free (well, i bought him lunch)... The car DEFINITELY needed the drop. Here's my before on stock wheels, then with 19s no drop, then with the drop.

Thanks buddy

Well, I would suggest using photobucket.... you upload your pictures there and then you can "Share" that picture and it gives you a link to post in here and it shows up like mine did

I've posted this pic before, but it's a good perspective on Sedan H Techs and coupe 19s.

Your pic worked! Def should do a drop. Get all 4 incase you can't get coupe springs. If I were you and want the most comfort.. Get REVISED springs with the shocks from the 350 too.. Normally $150-$200..
