+1. I re-torqued mine after 3 days of driving with them. I was surprised to find out how much they had gotten loose from when i first installed them. After the 2nd torquing is done, you should be good to go. But its always good to check it once every month to be safe.

 

Is it safe to go at high speeds with spacers?

 

The instructions say to re-torque after 60 miles. I did that and haven't checked since. Nothing wrong with being cautious though.
