Recommended Bolt On Spacer Size

Hey Guys,

I'm picking up a set of used rims this weekend. The specs of the rims are:

Front: 19 x 8-1/2 Offset +46
Rear: 19 x 9-1/2 Offset +43

I was thinking about getting 25mm ichiba V2 hubcentric/bollton spacers. This would make my offsets: Front: 21, rear 18. I read other threads mentioning these are good ranges for an aggressive stance, but I'm not quite educated in whether the widths make a difference. Will i see potential rubbing with these spacers? I am not looking to roll my fenders.

I'm running a non brembo 2006 coupe

If you want an aggressive stance then why aren't you planning to roll your fenders? You will not be able to run aggressive offsets unless you do so. Likely the info you saw posted for offsets in that range (upper teens) was referring to a 9.5/10.5 setup.

You should be looking for wider wheels (and lower offsets) for a Coupe. Even with spacers you would be 21mm front and 8mm rear less agressive than me and I have a Sedan.

Let me rephrase then, what would be the recommended spacers to use to look as flush as possible without rolling my fenders for these 8.5/9.5 width rims

those are weak azz sizes. you dont want rims anything over +20 IMO for a good start.

I'm choosing between a 20mm spacer vs. a 25mm spacer.

With your high offsets and small widths... i don't think it's possible to make them flush. If your offsets were lower and with the same widths... then yeah maybe it's possible. i don't think you need to worry about rolling fenders with those specs. you should just sell these and pick up 9.5/10.5 atleast...

i had 18x9/10 +20 with 15mm spacers with 235/40 and 265/35 and they were pretty flush with no rubbing dropped on df210 springs.
