most noticeable in the morning, sound like it's from bushings....is there someting i can spray/apply to lessen sqeaking without damaging the bushings? They seem to fit in there quite snugly.......

I always use lithium grease inside and out of the bushings.

You'll need to remove the arm to grease it right.
You can also use WD40, but it'll wear off a lot quicker
and possibly loosen your bolt if you don't spray carefully.
