in all honesty, i would have rather had no updates than that phone call. i wouldnt have even been mad and not been asking them where my wheels are till the end of this month if it had not been for that call. i've already been screwed over by one vendor before with dealing with wheels. if you ever check honda-tech, i was one of the people screwed over by R&D Motorsports. If you dont, they took orders for Volk's and never put the order through the Mackin. The only reason I found out was after waiting 6 months and not getting my wheels still. I came to find out the owner didn't placed an order with them. This dealer was supposedly one of their best one's yet he screwed everyone over. It eventually took me another 4 months after that to get my money back. In the end, Mackin pretty much told me there is nothing they can do and just order from another vendor, not giving me a discount or even allowing me to order direct through them after one of their representatives screwing an entire forum and me helping bring it to their attention. This also wasn't the first time I've been screwed over by a car parts vendor so my faith in the industry is not the best.

 

i guess ill update, they dont have the step lips i ordered....for over a month
