Wider Stance & Lower???

How is this possible? Is it possible?

I want to bring the wheels out to match the side fenders, but was thinking about it hitting when you hit a bump.

Also if I lower about 1" can I still widen the stance?

Any suggestions???
Thanks guys!

Red face

35 Looks and no posts? Can anyone offer other places to look, people I can trust?

Or is this simply not possible?

are you trying to stick with the stock wheels? I could show some before and after pictures of mine. I just went with wider wheels and tires

Lower and wider, this is not my car though. I believe he has eibach springs and 19in Nismo wheels w/ spacers.

My sedan is lowered on HKS Hipermax LS coilovers. I have 19x8.5 wheels in the rear. The rear tire is just about even with the lip of the fender well. When I first saw this I thought I would rub over bumps for sure, but my brother pointed out that the wheel doesn't move straight up and down, rather at a slightly inward angle. No rubbing issues so far.

thanks...

I want to keep my stock wheels, just add spacers and then lower. I'm not sure about the best way of doing this though.

I thought lowering and adding spacers would (look) like a widened stance.

Anyone have some sites? Pics?

Thanks again

I wanna know where to get H&R spacers from at the best price. I'm too lazy to look through our sponsors' pages, but I think H&R is the brand I'll be looking in to.

So far what I've found is...

<img src=http://lib1.store.vip.sc5.yahoo.com/lib/import-store/hr-spacer5.jpg>

H&R DRS SERIES (2nd spacer starting from left to right)
10 - 40 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, exchanging the existing wheel studs for longer ones. The wheels are then fitted to the hub/spacer with the existing wheel nuts.

5mm = $65.50US
15mm = $113.95US
20mm = $118.75US
25mm = $142.45US

From OptionImports.com. I need a cheaper place if possible. Anyone?

What do you all think of this EBAY post? Doesn't seem to come with longer studs though.

That and its only for 2, last time I checked we have 4 wheels. Finding matches might be hard.

I dont think stock wheels can ever be flush witht he fender liek the right offset and some wide wheels, and if yuou get huge spacers its gonna put alot of wear and tear on your shocks!

Well its less than 3/8" I don't think that will stress the shocks all that much. Some of these aftermarket wheels add alot more weight.

I just really like the stock wheels...

Ok what do you want to know now! Basically you need wide wheels , a good drop and the right offset for everything to be wide, aggressive and flush with the fender! I dont think you should go with spacers and stock wheels, i dont know how that would be! I'll show u some pics of my car

Setup: 19x8.5/9.5 +38 offset with approx 2" drop prob around 1.8!
