Bad bearing caused my 2 peice rim to come apart???

My front passenger rims' allen bolts that hold the center to the barrel came loose. Im just wondering if my bearing that is going out might have caused enough vibration to loosen them. Im going to have the wheel hub bearing replaced in the morning and I already put them back together (used lock tight) but cant get ahold of any tourqe specs. They are the Ro_ja r2-5 same as the Volk GTC barrel with Gram Lights center.

No, that's an assembly error.

They need to be torqued all the way around at 15-20 ft/lbs then again 30-40ft/lbs.
