From the number you posted it looks as if you're in the Houston area. If so, go to www.mywheelrepair.com The only thing is they are a middle man or so it seems since everytime I took a damaged wheel there, they drive it off to another location to have someone inspect and give a quote on fixing it. I haven't been able to figure out who they let do the repairs. They are located at 5524 Richmond Ave.

If the wheel is just bent, then just look for a wheel repair shop that would be able to try to bent it back. Keep in mind that this would not be as good as it was, and balancing this wheel will not be perfect. This means that if this is your front wheels, then you will definetly feel some vibration while driving. On the other hand, if the wheel is bent and cracked, they are able to bent it back and try to weld it. Throughout time, the weld will cause a slow leak. If there is a crack I would try to just get another wheel. Hope this helps, GL....

Says who? That it hasn't failed isn't a guarantee that it won't fail. I would replace it.

Most of the times, repaired wheels are never true. There is even a disclaimer on most wheels saying that we shouldn't repair damage wheels, or re-weld them or something like that.
