Slight vibrations at higher speeds with new wheels
Slight vibrations at higher speeds with new wheels
I just put on a new set of Work Schwert SC1 20x9.5 20x10.5. I made sure to put the lugs on tightly and correctly so that they're flush on the hub. There are hub rings on all 4 corners. I noticed that when I drive at higher speeds, around 70+MPH, I start feeling a slight vibration in the chassis. I am lowered on BC coils and am coming from Volk GT-M 19x9.5 19x10.5 and I had no problems with those. Could it be partially because I'm moving to 20s? I understand there are a lot of factors when it comes to vibrations, but any possible ideas come to mind?
Thanks in advance.

either the wheels aren't balanced correctly or your air pressure could be low.. i drove and when my air pressure was low the car was having vibration at 70+mph. after i put more air in it didn't do it.. so here is my opinion
I'd check the balance on the wheels. Were they Hunter Road Force balanced? Because if not I'd highly recommend finding a shop that uses Hunter equipment to rebalance them.
