Volk GT7's, they're sweet! Was the first Volk's I ever saw in person and it was from then on that I got hooked on Volk products. Talk about quality! Everything about their wheels are top notch! I haven't ran into one person that has ever had anything bad to say about Volks. You can't go wrong with the GT7! As far as I remember you can get them in mercury silver, gun metal and special order black, in many popular sizes up to 19".

i had gt-7s...but i changed to sf-challenges...

all i gotta say is that the gt-7 wheel has the fattest lips on any volk wheel. i had 8.5 F / 9.5 R Gt-7s and they were still a little bit bigger than my 9.5F/10.5R SF-Challenges.

The diamond black will be a very bold move. i was thinking about it on my CB coupe but it wouldnt look too good, IMO.

I would say try it if you have a black or silver car.

To be quite honest, even though I run 9.5's in the front and 10.5's in the back (20" GTC's), I had (and still have in storage) a set of 19" SF Winnings in 8.5" in the front and 9.5" in the rear, which IMO are the BEST combination for all out looks and performance, as you'll find the largest (not to mention best fitting) tire selection vs finding tires that will work and look right on a larger / wider rim. For example, on my 20x10.5 rear GTC's I'm running 285/30's, but they still don't fit the rim 100% (more like 90%). A little wider tire in a 30 series would do the trick, but as far as I've researched, no one makes one. With the 8.5 / 9.5 combination you'll have much better luck in finding a set of tires, such as a 245/35 - 275/30 setup that'll sit nice and square on your wheels, and provide excellent traction while still allow for good rim protection. Bigger isnt always better! I love my 20's but my 19's perform better. As mentioned, the GT7's do in fact have very large lips and if you get them in black, I think that'll look HOT! As soon as the winter passes, I'm going to be powder coating my GTC's black. One word of advise, the GT7's are now readily available in all colors, so shop around to see whom will give you the best deal. Find out if they can set you up with a tire package and whether or not they will include the caps (dont know if the GT7's come with them or not), valves (I think all Volks come with them) and a set of tuner lug nuts (you'll need them) and last but not least, get a good lock kit if you want to keep your rims.

I hope all this helps...
