Need help. 18x9.5 +35

Dont flame me if dumb question, as I am a noob to the tire/wheel knowledge

Will I be fine with 18x9.5 +35 all around on my 04 x sedan?

Someone at my office was telling me a 9.5 up front will rub. I will be stretching my tires too.

What size tires are you looking at and have your fenders been rolled? I run a 19X9.5 +33 out back with a 245/40 on stock alignment specs and I barely clear the inner fender. My fenders are flattened all around as well.

I have 245/40's as well. No fender rolling has been done. I have a place I can take it to get done if needed.

Also, Im not familiar with stretching tires but from my understanding, using a 245/40 is barely a stretch. Correct?

I wouldn't really consider this a stretch. Some tires will run narrower than others, but a 9.5 can easily take a 245.
