How would you put air in the tire ?
The TPMS is built into valve stem, so either use the TPMS or if aftermarket rims get an adapter if the TPMS can't be mounted directly (IE Volk Rims).

If a stock rim than just use a standard valve stem.
Personally would keep the TPMS until batteries die in them.

I've never seen a wheel with two holes, do they make wheels now? I believe what he's asking, if you don't install the TPMS what would you use....maybe? The answer is valve stems of course, but I still wonder why you don't want to use the wheel sensors since they serve a purpose with our low profile tires?

They put 2 valve holes for wheels that are reverse mount and need to install a tpms sensor. If it didn't have that hole in the back side, when you tried to mount the tire, (with the rim face down) the tire bead would break the sensor, or the sensor wouldn't allow the tire to seat. They have been making wheels like this since the valve stem type sensors came oit. Now as far as the op's question goes, you put a normal valve stem in the hole. You dont put a seal in it (whatever that means) or do something silly like put the valve stem backward.
