Leaking tire. Fixable?

So I plugged the hole today. Should I take it back to the shop and see if they could patch it on the inside?

While a patch is the better idea I personally have plugged many tires without issue.

i believe the patch can only be applied on super flat surfaces so it wouldnt work if the puncture is at the sides? i remember a tire shop telling me that before

yup thats exactly what they told me.
Been driving with just the plug for about a week now and so far everything seems fine.

im sure jus the plug is fine. jus monitor it and check the psi a bit more frequently on that tire than you normally would. thats wat i did and the tire lived a long life with the others until they all needed replacing
