Definitely want to look into spacers. Those wheels have a higher offset than the OEMs, meaning that more of the wheel is inside the wheel well / closer to the suspension components, etc. etc. I believe the stock 19s are in the 8.5+33 range and they're relatively sunken as well. It's also a very narrow wheel... You're around 22mm less aggressive on those? Or is it 8mm? I don't know, I'm beat...

All that aside, yes, consider at least a 30mm spacer for the fronts (and something similar for the rears or it'll look funny, but base the spacer size of the rears off the sizing - if they're same or staggered, etc.). They make larger spacers, and for aesthetics bigger in your case is better, but I don't know which reputable companies make anything larger.

I have no experience with spacers larger than 10mm slip-ons and that won't help you so I'll bow out. But it appears you've discovered the problem.

I currently have 20mm on the rear and they seem fine, no noticeable issues... Do you think 20 or 25 mm would be ok and should I roll my fenders for that?

20 or 25 should help, I wouldn't go any smaller than that (I'm talking about the front here, I assume you are too). You won't need to roll your fenders for it. That will only come into play as you get quite a bit wider and more aggressive than stock specs. At the moment you're neither wider or more aggressive, and with the spacer you're probably right about on par. Clearance on the fender's outer side won't be a problem.

If you want to, before you buy another set of spacers - I'd pull the spacers off the rear and throw 'em up front (even if it means you have to roll with the stock 17s in the rear temporarily) just to verify that they will work before any money is spent. That will also give you an idea of the appearance and help visualize where it'll end up if you went with 20mm.
