Before I get flamed, yes I have searched-for quite a while- and I haven't found this specific question asked.
Im planning on running a 19x9.5 all around with 245/35/19 tires, will this cause VDC issues or should I run a staggered tire size

Why would you think this would cause issues?

 

Well I know that you get unwanted vdc interruptions if your tires arent a certain ratio spec from each other so I just wanted to know if running a square setup with that tire size with cause issues with how the car determines when vdc engages

 

It will be fine

 

35 is low profile, I'd do at least 40. You'll have fitment issues in the front with 245, they will rub if you lower it. I'd do 235/40/19 in front and 245/40/19 in the rear. You can still rotate the tires side to side

And you might want to do a 9" width in the front instead of 9.5.

What offsets are the wheels?

I am running 245 40 20 in front and 295 35 20 on a 20x9 and 20 x 10.5. No vdc issues at all!
