weird tire thumping noise
alright so couple weeks ago i found a nail in my front driver side tire. wasn’t leaking air, so i put it off for a bit. i’m going tomorrow to get it patched. anyways, the past couple weeks, i can feel a thumping feeling from the front tire(s) (not sure if it’s the right front as well, as i can only feel it on the driver side). it thumps faster as i pick up speed, i can feel it in my pedals, and my steering wheel aswell, i can also hear it. it doesn’t shake the wheel though. i don’t think a nail in the tire would make this noise, so that is why i’m asking if anyone has any idea what it could be. i also jacked it up, shook the tire , and there’s no movement at all. i’m kind of confused and not sure what to do, anything helps THANKS!
Last time I had the sensation you describe it turned out the tire had a lump caused by broken steel belts. Have the tire shop spin the tire, should be easy to find!

costco wouldnt even let me in their shop unless I had them swap my patched tire lmao
but after getting 3 new tires there, my front driver side started making this low thumping noise as well. sound corresponded with tire spinning, but would go away when i turned both left or right. friend said they may not have balanced it properly so im going in for that and an alignment this week. also bc we just installed BC BR series too.
if the balance and alignment stop the noise ill post here

ended up being my hub assembly
oreilys had one left in stock Christmas Eve, swapped it out and no noise, drives super smooth
either my brake pads or dust pads are rubbing my rotor now, pretty annoying but nothing major though.
