It shouldn't. I have 19's and im planning to drop the car 1" all around. I saw pix of someone with the same setup and you have like 1" gap between wheels and fender.

twantrd,

Will you have to roll your fenders with 19's? What springs are you getting to lower your car?

Yg35 -
I would go with the H Techs for the 350Z - a little more drop with a firmer spring rate. Plus, no alignment / camber issues due to excess lowering.

not sure what the stock set up measured im on 225 45 18 and 245 45 18. oh btw im giong to cut the rear bumpstop top part down so i get another 1/2 inch drop should be perfect

With a +22 offset on a 10.5 rim and lowering you car. Make sure your tires are 275/35 or 275/30. That offset has 350Z rubbing on the rear fenders and I know it will have the G35 doing the same thing. Best to roll or shave your fenders to be safe.

YG- you still need to get an aligment after the install....just more possibilities that
you will get it back to factory specs, that's all. good luck.

275/35/19's are perfect size.
