19x8.5, +45, and 19x9.5 +48, SEDAN fitment
Not sure what you're tying to accomplish....but if you want to have a nice staggered fitment and its looks, try what I did....
19x8.5 +35 offset - 245/35/19 front
19x9.5 +45 offset - 275/30/19 rear
or if you want just a nice sporty look (not so agressive)....
19x8.5 +35 offset - 245/35/19 ALL AROUND....
It all depends on the wheels you're getting also...not all manufactureres have these offsets....but in any case talk to whomever you're buying the wheels from and explain what you want and they will help you with the best set up.

Do the 19x8.5 +35 wheels come out past the fender?

No...with that set up 19x8.5 +35, you will have a nice flush look all around. Keep in mind the stock set up is 17x7 +45....this new set up looks nice. I am getting 20x8.5 +35 with 245/35/20 this week.
You will be safe, but talk to your wheel person to be 100% comfortable.

245/ 40? /19 really? i did 245/35/19 according to clints calculations and thats really close to the stock width.
