He will only ship if you Western Union him cash in advance and for whatever reason does not want to do COD. He also is not listing on eBay for some reason- perhaps to aviod fees, though he is a member there. He's in London, England.

I'd just be aware.

 

is COD the only way to buy things from people over the internet? if I use ebay then i can paypal and feel fairly confident I wont get screwed but if no paypal I wouldnt want to send 2000 bucks to some john doe half way across the world

 

Also if you guy's are wary of buying a high dollar item over the internet you could always use an <a href="http://escrow.com">Escrow</a> service to feel more secure about your purchase.</p>

And if the person doesn't want to use Escrow than I would avoid the deal.</p>

 

This guy, "Sacanni Toni sacannit@aol.com" agrees COD is the fair way to go, but due to 'important business' in Spain in the near future, he can only accept Western Union. He could be on the up and up, but he's not selling through eBay, but rather e-mailing bidders on other G35 wheels to offer his off eBay. I said I'd send him Western Union if he'd send the wheels first of do a deal COD and haven't hear back since.

 

I was defraud by this guy he steal my $2000.00 we agree in put the Western Union on my wife's name and after I received the wheels changed it to his name but he found the way and collect the money so becareful.
