From what I have read, all of the cars without the Brembo kit that have less than 3mm on the pads will ahve the pads replaced under warranty. Infiniti has had a lot of complaints about premature brake pad wear. I plan on measuring mine on a regular basis and then drving down to MPLS to get them done before warranty is up.

Dare I say...welcome you newbie G owner.....where have you been if you don't know bout the brakes...lol..just messin with ya man. Yeah, Infiniti passed a quote unquote TSB for the brakes on the autos. Believe it to be 3/36 mo but I may be slightly off. All of us with Brembos got hosed on dat deal..."oh, you have Brembos, you need to bend over and buy some"...lol But Do NOT let the dealer blow you off or pretend there isn't a TSB on this. I've seen a copy of the letter that was sent out to everyone so this is truly legit..no BS.

You can also try Satisfied Pro Ceramics. Almost no dust at all and pretty cheap for the whole set.

That is partially incorrect. The TSB you speak of also apply on 6MT sedans. Basically, any G35 from '03 or '04 that doesn't have Brembos.
