They always weld a two piece. You cant take them a part to powdercoat them. Three piece are nice cause they are lighter and if you ever curb a rim you can just replace the outside hoop. Or if you want to change the center you can do that also. When my wheels come in the will have a black center and the rivits will be chrome along with the outside hoop.
