You better start rolling or cutting fenders in the rear. You will rub without a doubt.

Your new set up will be exactly 1.19" further out to the fender line in the rear, and 0.67" in the front than your OEM specs. You might be OK in the front.

 

Wait...i just noticed your current set up. The new set up in the rear will bring the wheels further out to the fender by 0.59"

So take a look now and see how much room you got in rear. I suspect not much.

 

the 295s killing the deal?

i could go 275/35, but a little short at 25.6, although i currently run 245/40/18 at 25.7, so prob ok i guess

may not want the 255 in front anyways (too wide in front will effect tracking, already a little issue with the 245)


so how about 245/40 and 275/35 on the same wheels?


read somewhere that 9.5/+45 is popular for rear of sedan...

 

not much, but they don't rub... i think the 275/35 will work, with slight fender roll if i need it...

 

Your current height is 25.72....your planned height will be 25.58 So no worries here. You won't even notice it and your odometer will be the same.

With 18x9.5 +45, 275/35 you will bring it the wheel/tire out to the fender line by 0.196"

This will work just fine. But to be safe CUT the inner lip fender instead of rolling. When you roll fenders you're risking cracking the paint and would have to paint the entire quarter panel.

i have a wheel offset calulator, but doesn't take into account tire width, does what you are using take tire width into account?

 

Yes. The numbers are as accurate as you can get. Wheel / tire shops can't even give you these numbers.
