IForged & Michelin PS/AS!!!

Well, I got my 18" IForged Senekas mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 255/40Y18 in front and 275/40Y18 in back.

You aren't going to believe how they look.

You can check the pics in the "Rides" section here:
Screamin' Daemon with IForged Senekas (G35Driver.com)

Or if you want to see them and more high quality pictures and some mpgs, check out my Imagestation album:

This G35c is not going to be lowered. Not with these wheels, tires and the offset that IForged used.

Only one <font color=red><blink>small</font color=red></blink> problem.

One of the 18x10 wheels has two major blemishes on the lip right at the valve stem. Came that way out of the box. You can see the damage in the following picture:

At least you don't have to worry about potholes denting your rims. You got alot of rubber there.

Re: IForged & Michelin PS/AS!!!

$2600+ for the rims.
$700+ for the rear tires.

I already had the 255/40Y18s on the back wheels, so I just moved them to the front. At least I didn't waste all of the money I spent on the first set of 18" wheels/tires.

The manager at DiscountTire is going to clean up my old 18" wheels and sell them. Hopefully he'll get enough to make some money for himself and for me.

Very nice - even though big rims are the style right now, you've gotta love that fat rubber!!!

I have got Pilots as well but they are known to be loud and have a very pronounced pull either left or right. Mine pull to the right. Whats been anyone elses experience? The grip like mad tho

--- Responding to multiple posts ---

IForged had a G35 "Group Buy" a while back. I jumped on that one as they were about $200 off for each wheel.

The main thing I like about these wheels is that the offsets are custom for the G35.

I knew that the 255/40 Michelins would fit the 18x9 Senekas and the 275/40 Michelins would fit the 18x10 Senekas.

If you look at the pics you'll see that the rear fender is in line with the tire is in line with the wheel.

I had 235/40Y18 Michelin PS/AS in front and the 255/40Y18s in back for months. Yes, they started out quite loud but as the edge of the blocks wore down they got much quieter. With the new 275/40Y18s in back it has gotten a bit noiser again.

As far a pulling right or left, I did not experience any of that with my previous setup. Having moved the 255/40s to the front, it does seem to be pulling to the right a bit. But with that much new meat up front (stock was 225/50V17s), I not surprised. I went on my first 100+ mile trip today. She's a might twitchy. Not exactly "TramLine" behavior but I do feel each abberation in the road surface as the front tires try to follow each groove. I need to take it to Infiniti for a re-alignment.

they look nice.
it is so nice to see that i am not the only one that likes 18" rims! i am thinking of getting the Aero's with the same size and offsets. with 275/40/18" rear and 245/40/18" front tires.

Re: IForged & Michelin PS/AS!!!

I am getting a free alignment on Monday. They want to make sure I'm happy and "if it pulls we need to check that regardless of tires" They're good
