eagle f1 tires

Ok i am getting the stock 18's from a member here on the driver, but the tires are trashed. I was hoping to go with the eagle f1's, but it seems that they do not exist in the size that comes stock on our rides. What is the acceptable plus one sizing that is available. I would prefer NOT to go to a 40 profile tire as the stock with the 17's and 50 profile tires rides rough enough. What are my options? THe only other decent tire i have seen is the BF goodrich g force KDW's...

My coupe has the stock 18" Pilot Sports for summer, and for winter I bought a set of Pirelli P210 snow tires in 17". I will tell you that there is almost no different in the ride quality between the two. Maybe none that I can really tell (though some might be due to the colder temps when running the snows--not sure).

Get 245/40/18 for the front. Same height as 225/45/18 so it shouldn't be any rougher.
