How do you get the jack out of an "03 sedan?
I've never seen how the jack is stored in a G sedan, but if it's like the coupe (and most other cars today), you actually open the jack up in its cradle to hold it in place. Close the jack a couple turns and it should lift right out.
I have an '03 Sedan. That'll do it exactly. Collapse the jack all the way to get it out. There's a lip up in there, and the plate on the top of the jack slides up past that lip, then the jack is expanded until it's snug.
Be patient, it should slide in and out with very little effort. If you're too rough with it, you might dent the sheet metal, visibly from the outside of the car.
